How the playbooks get in
We sit each consultant down for hours per playbook and record it: when it applies, what they look at first, what they are looking for, the common findings, what they recommend for each, how they know it worked, and where they have been wrong. It becomes a versioned skill with their name on it. It is tested blind against their own answers before it touches a client. Skills that do not move numbers get revised or retired.
