A weekly loop that turns decisions into finished work.
Advice is cheap. Follow-through is what most commercial teams cannot get anywhere else. The loop is the product.
Every week BEN refreshes what we know about your company and your market, reruns the analysis, and drafts a one-page brief: what moved, what it means, and one to three proposed actions with expected impact, effort, and confidence.
Your named partner reads the brief before you do and approves, edits, or kills each action. Then you get the brief and a 20-minute call. You say yes or no. Nothing happens without both of you.
Approved work gets done: target lists, follow-up sequences, proposal drafts, pricing changes, content for your review process. Anything that touches your customers, your money, or your public presence carries your approval on record.
One number you chose, on a scoreboard, with the trailing trend. Every action states which number it moves and by roughly how much. Actions that do not move numbers get retired.
Who does what
Three roles, and the lines between them do not move.
How it starts
Trust is earned a step at a time. Each step gives you something useful before we ask for more.
| Step | You give | You get first | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0 | Your website and ten answers | The Read: specific, sourced, signed by a partner | Same day |
| 1 | An email and permission to look deeper | Competitor set, demand signals, a first estimate of the lever | 24 to 48 hours |
| 2 | One read-only connector or a data export | A read grounded in your own numbers and a 30-day plan sketch | 48 hours plus a call |
| 3 | Full access and an engagement agreement | The weekly loop | Ongoing |
Nothing is gated behind a sales call. Anything you tell us at step 0 is remembered at step 3 and never asked again.
Put the team on your business.
Ten questions. Public data. A Read signed by a partner, within hours. If it is useful, we keep going. If not, you keep the Read.
